Individual Therapy: Life can feel hard and overwhelming for just about everybody at some point in their lives. Whether it is a specific obstacle you are trying to overcome, a desire to gain insight into your past, or a wish to explore new directions and how to move forward; there are countless ways people can benefit from one-on-one therapy. I work with individuals between the ages of 10-65, though my specialty is working with adolescents. My expertise is in trauma and early attachment challenges, though I also work extensively with anxiety, depression, stress-management, ADHD, and social phobia. I take a culturally sensitive, relational approach and use a variety of evidence based practices to help tailor every session to your needs.

Concierge Family Therapy: Concierge therapy is designed to cater to your family's busy life and needs. I work dynamically with family members to work on overarching goals from different perspectives. This means that you get to determine what type of support your family may need on any given week. Perhaps your youngest child is having a hard time at school and needs someone to talk to; or you and your partner keep having the same fight over and over without resolution. I work with the family as a whole, as well as in separate configurations (including individual and couples sessions) in order to focus on your family's needs from every angle possible. The result is comprehensive change on an individual and systematic level. As a concierge therapist, I can meet in a convenient location with a flexible structure to meet your ever changing, fast paced needs.

EMDR Focused Therapy: EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is a therapy modality that is well respected and certified as an Evidence Based Practice for treatment of PTSD, as well as many other issues including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, sleep problems, substance use disorders, relationship challenges, and even chronic pain. I have been trained to use EMDR on both adults and children. I utilize EMDR therapy as needed during individual sessions, though I also offer this modality for targeted treatment of a specific disturbing memory or challenge. Caregiver Support Group: The intention of this group is to help you as a parent or caregiver to better communicate with your youth, as well as provide a space where you are not alone in your challenges. We use Motivational Interviewing techniques to help you to successfully talk and connect with your teen; while also exploring how you can make changes in your own life to improve the health and wellbeing of your whole family. Extended Concierge Services: Part of what makes my work tailored to you is my recognition that life - especially in the time of Covid - can be unpredictable and chaotic. Because of this, I offer extended hours for phone check-ins, email communication, text messaging,* and additional support.
